Right-Click functionality allows you to quickly extract a single page or multiple pages of content to plain text. Using the Pages Pane select the page or pages to be converted using Ctrl+Click or Shift+Click. Then, Right-Click and select "Extract Plain Text"...

Other helpful features include:
• Optical Character Recognition to convert scanned pages to plain text.
• Specify the number of characters per line in your converted document (for easier reading).
By default, your extracted pages will display in your plain text editor.
